Allied Health

The Allied Health Program provides students with the theory and skill competencies to be successful. The primary focus of the program is satisfactory completion of clinical and employability skills for entry-level positions in the Health Care Industry. In their sophomore year, students begin an externship that requires mature, performance oriented students. Successful program completions include CPR/AED/First Aid, a 10 Hour OSHA card, certifications as a Nursing Assistant and Home Health Aide and the option of being certified as a Basic EMT. Students can earn up to seven dual enrollment credits from Quinsigamond Community College through an on campus QCC taught EMT program.
