Welcome to Tatnuck Magnet School!
As part of the Doherty Quadrant of the Worcester Public School district, Tatnuck Magnet School serves 389 scholars in grades PreK-6, who are inspired to explore, create, and grow through hands-on learning experiences.
Our students are consistently celebrated for their academic and extracurricular achievements, including their success in the VEX Robotics Program, where they develop critical thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Their passion for STEM and creativity is evident in every project and collaboration.
Tatnuck Magnet School fosters a nurturing and inclusive environment that encourages all students to discover their strengths and thrive. With a strong emphasis on leadership and collaboration, our students develop the skills needed to succeed both inside and outside the classroom.

The Tatnuck Magnet staff will focus on a school wide effort to have all of our students demonstrate measurable growth in number sense through the implementation of a common set of school wide teaching strategies. Students’ growth will be measured thorough ongoing collaborative analysis of results from informal and formal assessments, MAP and MCAS data.
