For 2025-26, the Worcester Public Schools annual Student Handbook is available online in more than 100 languages, with limited printed copies available in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. The district is in the process of delivering limited printed copies to schools.
All parents/guardians (for all grade levels) and all students students in grades 7-12 are required to complete the Student Handbook Form and The Annual Student Update on WooEdu. Caregivers and students should sign these forms electronically on WooEdu (Campus Parent Portal or Student Portal) as soon as possible. You may also sign a paper copy of the forms and return them to your school.
The Student Handbook Form can be found by clicking "Documents" in the left hand side menu, then clicking "2025-2026 Student Handbook Sign-off". Parent/guardians may also see this form in the center of the Parent Portal landing page under "Documents Need Attention" if the form has not been signed.
The Annual Student Update can be found on the right hand side of the Parent Portal landing page, under “Shortcuts,” click “2025-2026 Annual Student Update.”
