Dear Worcester Public Schools Families,

Have you electronically signed the 2025-26 Student Handbook?

This notice is a reminder that parents/guardians (all grades) and students (in grades 7-12) are to visit WooEdu electronically to fill out 1) the 2025-26 Student Handbook Sign-Off Form and 2) the 2025-26 Annual Student Update.

• The Handbook Sign-Off Form acknowledges that the student and parent/guardian have read and acknowledge the policies and procedures contained in this year’s Student Handbook. There is a link to the handbook from this form.

• The Annual Student Update allows caregivers to indicate if WPS can use your child’s image or share student work on the internet or in the media, share directory-level information with the military for students in grades 11 and 12, and to share your child’s information with MassHealth.

How Do I Sign The Forms in WooEdu?

Step 1:

Caregivers/parents log into WooEdu via:

• WooEdu Parent Portal*

• Campus Parent Mobile App

  • Google

  • Apple

Students in grades 7-12 log into WooEdu via:

• WooEdu Student Portal

• Campus Student Mobile App

  • Google

  • Apple

*If you do not have a WooEdu login, please contact your student’s school main office to get the activation code to log into WooEdu. If they have an email on file for you, they will be able to email you your activation code.

Step 2:

• The Student Handbook Sign-Off Form can be found by clicking "Documents" in the left hand side menu, then clicking "2025-2026 Student Handbook Sign-off". Parents/guardians may also see this form in the center of the Parent Portal landing page under "Documents Need Attention" if the form has not been signed. in the center of the screen. (See screenshot below.)

• The Annual Student Update Form can be found on the right hand side of the Parent Portal landing page, under “Shortcuts,” click “2025-2026 Annual Student Update.” In the Campus Parent Mobile App, Shortcuts can be found at the very bottom of the Home page. (See screenshot below).
