Culture & Climate Office
The Office of Culture and Climate assists schools in creating welcoming and inclusive environments that foster teaching and learning. The Office includes:
Culture and Climate Coaches who work directly with educators and school leaders to implement research-based approaches to enhance positive youth behavior and wellness in school. This includes supporting educators with classroom management.
School Adjustment Counselors who manage student-focused behavioral work.
The Culture and Climate staff assist schools with matters relating to student safety due to behavior, along with discipline, trauma-informed support, counseling and other mental health needs. The Administrative Director serves as a liaison with the Worcester Police Department and additional agencies on student-specific issues.
