Summer Eats: Free Meals for Kids and Teens
Summer Eats, a free program sponsored by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) and the Worcester Public Schools Nutrition Department, provides free meals to children and teens aged 18 and under at various locations throughout the city during the summer.
This initiative not only nourishes young participants but also enriches their summer experience with engaging activities.
At Summer Eats sites throughout the city, kids and teens can enjoy nutritious meals without the need for identification or registration. Caregivers will appreciate the convenience of having meals provided, allowing them to focus on other tasks.
Meals are available for consumption on-site, enhancing the program's accessibility and convenience. Learn more about Summer Eats in the FAQ section below.
