Student registration for the 2025-26 school year begins on January 2, 2025.
Appointments can be made at the Parent Information Center beginning January 6, 2025.

In the Worcester Public Schools, we guide students to become curious learners, effective communicators, empowered individuals, problem solvers, and engaged community members!
All families enrolling their children in grades K-12 must complete the K-12 enrollment form.
There are separate applications for Preschool and Head Start.
Please note that after you apply for enrollment online, you and your child may need to visit the Parent Information Center.

Enrollment and Application Forms
This form is for enrolling students in the current school year: 2024-25.
The form to enroll students for next school year, 2025-26, will be posted on January 2, 2025.
This preschool (Pre-K) application form will go live on January 2, 2025.
Specialized Programs & Citywide Enrollment
Worcester Public Schools offers several specialized programs, including dual-language programs, arts programs, and career technical education.
These programs require a separate application and/or lottery admission in addition to the regular enrollment process.
Please note that specialized programs are separate from the Special Education Department, which services students with disabilities.
Parent Information Center (PIC)
The Parent Information Center (PIC) is available to all families to help with student registration, transfer information, registration and immunization requirements, transfer forms, and more.
In-person enrollment is by appointment only. Please call 508-799-3194 to make an appointment.
